Ashley Antoinette Coleman is one of the most well-known female authors of her generation. She is the feminine half of the successful married duo Ashley and JaQuavis, and she has co-written over 40 books, such as the best-selling Cartel series. Even though some of her books have been New York Times bestsellers, she is best known for her ongoing racy saga, The Prada Plan. She was raised in Flint, Michigan, and was born with an innate street sense, which she uses as inspiration in her crime-filled literary works.
Antoinette ultimately made her way to Hollywood, writing television pilots with her skill for telling intriguing crime stories. This trait is shared by some of the author’s heroines. Characters in the ‘Luxe’ series, such as Bleu, are sweet and innocent, but they are also strong and resilient. And, like Antoinette, they are resourceful enough to bear the punishments that life dishes out.
Ashley shows no signs of slowing down, signing a deal with publishing powerhouse St. Martin’s Press while also touching up deals with Warner Brothers Studios and NBC/Universal. She is currently working on a new book series as well as two tv pilots.
