The Oregon Files are a series of techno-thrillers co-written by Clive Cussler, Craig Dirgo, Jack Du Brul, and Boyd Morrison. The stories revolve around a group called the Corporation, which is led by Juan Cabrillo. The Oregon Files series of books takes its name from the Corporation’s ship, the Oregon, and the series follows the case documents from the ship. The Oregon appears to be a smashed and damaged junker, but in reality, it’s a high-tech craft capable of intelligence collection and clandestine operations.
The Corporation functions as a business, taking missions from the CIA and fighting corruption. As a means of achieving their goals, the people here use a variety of functions. They do cyber hacking, sniping, and espionage.
The series is well-liked by fans of naval literature and thrillers. The stories are full of global mystery and highlight many great characters.
The series begins with Juan Cabrillo and the rest of the group saving Tibet as the Russians and Chinese fight over it. The Corporation must find and collect a secret statue, but there are other organizations out to get it.
