My Weird School Books in Order

My Weirder School is a children’s book series by Dan Gutman. It is a companion series to the beloved ‘My weird school series’.

Arlo Jervis, or AJ to his friends, is the protagonist of the series, joined by his friends Ryan, Andria, Alexia, Neil, and Michael. They are witnesses to the adult characters’ funny adventures. The books, written from a child’s point of view, are intended to encourage children to read. There are twelve books in the My Weirder School series.

The book is entertaining for kids of all ages. It also does a great job of conveying the same message of having fun while learning. The book is packed with strange antics and intriguing challenges. AJ’s first-person narrative demonstrates how a child thinks, in a warming and amusing way. This series will keep any second and third-graders occupied. They have plenty of humor, black-and-white illustrations, and simple, yet beautiful dialogue. The author does an excellent job of presenting kids’ perspectives on schools, books, and mathematics. It can also be a great tool for adults and teachers in helping kids have fun while learning.
