Emily Henry is an Ohio-born author who has captured the hearts of readers worldwide with her heartwarming novels. She discovered her passion for writing at a young age and went on to study creative writing at Ohio State University. After graduating, she worked as an editor in the publishing industry, where she honed her writing skills and learned the ins and outs of the book world.
In 2017, Henry published her debut novel, “The Love That Split the World”, which was a finalist for the Goodreads Choice Award for Best Young Adult Fiction. Her second novel, “A Million Junes”, further established her as a rising star in the literary world. However, it was her 2020 novel “Beach Read” that catapulted her to worldwide success, becoming a New York Times bestseller.
